Used Printing Machinery Inspection Checklist
Identify the exact machine
Confirm the manufacturer, model, year and serial number against the nameplate. Check that the photographs and quotation refer to the same machine.
Check condition and equipment
Discuss impressions where a counter is fitted, known damage, missing components, fitted options and what can be demonstrated during inspection. Standard model specifications do not prove that an individual machine has every option.
Confirm the purchase and export scope
Ask what is included in the machine price and what is quoted separately. Confirm dismantling, packing, loading, shipping, delivery terms and destination requirements in writing.
